PURPOSE: A trap device of an animal for capturing a target animal giving damage is provided to safely capture the target animal in a state safely capture the target animal without wound in the air. CONSTITUTION: A trap device of an animal for capturing a target animal giving damage installs a support stand(100) in both sides, a mesh(140), and a stage interlinked as a wire. The weight is dropt by using the weight of the animal stepping on footstool while increasing the drag net. The structure of the support stand is constituted with the double pipe and the length of the height of the capture frame or interval is controlled. An apparatus of magnet draws with the weight of the animal while the magnet is pulled.
