<p>The pump has fluid channels (6, 7) and pressure detectors (P2, P3) provided for monitoring of correct clamping of tubular diaphragms (2a, 2b). A medium side sealing (3) and a hydraulic side sealing (4) are provided in a region of a clamping part (1) of the tubular diaphragms. The fluid channel (6) is provided from a region between the medium side sealing and an upper sealing (5a) to the pressure detector (P2). The fluid channel (7) is provided from a region between a hydraulic side sealing (4) and a lower sealing (5b) to the pressure detector (P3).</p> |
