PURPOSE: A phase logic circuit for controlling a motor is provided to reduce power consumption by improving the operation efficiency of HVAC or pump motor. CONSTITUTION: First and the second inputs receive first and the second digital position signals from first and second hall effect sensors. The hall effect sensor detects the angle of a BLM rotor(2). A third input receives a velocity control signal which is a pulse width-modulated digital. A first logic gate(9) generates a first driving signal. The first driving signal controls the first power switch(4) of full bridge configuration. A second local gate generates a second driving signal. The second driving signal controls the second power switch of full bridge configuration.
