FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthopaedics and traumatology, and can be applied for endoscopic surgery of bone cysts in children. Three perforations are formed with a sharp trocar in a cortical bone plate at the level of proximal and distal parts of the cyst cavity. An endoscope equipped with cyst bone cavity irrigation and visual examination optical systems are inserted through any of three perforations. The cyst bone cavity is irrigated. An optically aided mechanical shaver is introduced through the second perforation to remove an envelope of cyst and small septum partially to a healthy bone. After the mechanical shaver is removed from the second perforation, it is inserted into the third perforation to perform the removal of the envelope of cyst and small septum to a healthy bone. After the mechanical shaver is removed from the third perforation, an ablator is introduced therein to perform the sparing destruction of the envelope of cyst in immediate proximity to a bone growth plate and to coagulate blood vessels of cyst and active hemorrhagic region. The ablator is removed from the perforation. A bone cavity formed after cyst removal is irrigated through all the perforations with the use of the endoscope. With the use of the endoscope, the cavity is filled with a plastic implant under real-time control with using an electronic optical converter. ^ EFFECT: method allows for better cyst review during the intervention, higher irrigation effectiveness, complete removal of the pathological formation. ^ 2 cl, 2 ex |
