FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: one screw hydraulic machine consists of stator with internal screw teeth 2 and of rotor 3 with external screw teeth 4. The stator has hollow case 5 with end threaded transition sections 6 and 7. Sleeve 8 is installed in the stator with a gap. The sleeve has internal screw teeth and facing 10 secured in it and repeating the shape of its internal surface; the facing is made out of elastomer. External surface of sleeve 8 and internal surface of hollow case 5 have irregularities. Irregularities are enveloped with alloy 14 fixing sleeve 8 relative to case 5 and filling the gap between internal surface of hollow case 5 and external surface of sleeve 8. ^ EFFECT: raised reliability of one-screw hydraulic machine at operation, simplified design and process of fabrication. ^ 8 cl, 13 dwg
