PURPOSE: A wave panel manufacturing device by hydraulic lift steam is provided to form wave texture and rudder pattern on the surface of a fiber panel and artificial marble panel by pressing the panel according to thickness. CONSTITUTION: A wave panel manufacturing device by hydraulic lift steam comprises a heat heater(22) and a lower idling roller. The heat heater heats the fiber lower part of panel. The lower part idling roller moves up and down. The power is transferred to reducer. The part engraved in relief of roller presses the fiber panel to the top. The heat heater is established in the entire top side of the upper roller.
