Medicament composition (I) comprises phloroglucinol and paracetamol formulated together or separately for a combined, simultaneous or separate use of antispasmodic therapy. Independent claims are included for: (1) a preparation of (I) comprising formulating the phloroglucinol and paracetamol together or separately in excipients; and (2) a pharmaceutical kit comprising (I).
