PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing liquid fertilizer and disposing livestock excretion is provided to save energy by using the dried livestock as a plasticity energy source. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing liquid fertilizer and disposing livestock excretion comprises: a step of separating feces and urine from the excrement; a step of mixing with bulking agent(sawdust, dried horse excrement powder); a step of incinerating with plasticity energy source; a step of inputting separated urine to a hot water pipe; and a step of moving the urine to a distillation tank to collect urine.
