FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of production of the food product (1) with a shell (2) from food material such as chocolate etc. envisages several stages. Manufacturing a body (4) having a basically cup-shaped configuration and a rimmed hole (5). Manufacturing a cap (6) for the body (4) closure by way of casting food material into the mould (9). Connection of the said cap (6) and the said body (4) till the said food product cast into the said mould (9) is in molten condition with a free inner surface which is flat and an external surface of the required shape by way of connecting the said cap (6) and the rim (5) of the hole of the said body (4). In the end one performs the solidification of the said cap (6) connected to the said body (4). ^ EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product of high quality, minimise waste generation in addition to the production process optimisation. ^ 15 cl, 2 dwg |
