PURPOSE: A rotary displacement sensor using magnetic rheological fluid and a displacement detection device including the same are provided to detect at a remote using the magnetic permeability of magneto-rheological fluid. CONSTITUTION: A rotary displacement sensor using magnetic rheological fluid a case(20), an excitation coil(30), a first sensor coil(40), a transmission rod(50) and a magnetic rheological fluid(60). The excitation coil is arranged inside the case. The first sensor coil is separated from an excitation coil. The transmission rod is screwed in the excitation coil. The magnetic rheological fluid comprises an air gap between the first sensor coil and the excitation coil. A hollow is formed inside the excitation coil has a first thread. A second thread is formed on the exterior of the transmission rod. The transmission rod is lead in to one side of the case.
