PURPOSE: A safety vest covering a light transmitting part equipping a thin film transmitting part attaching LED is provided to prevent damage of the LED part in order to prevent the shock of the LED by covering the light transmitting part. CONSTITUTION: A safety vest(200) includes an LED assembly(100), a battery, and a switch. The LED assembly is attached to the regular interval. The battery supplies the power to the LED assembly. The switch controls the power source of the battery. The LED assembly comprises an LED and a light-transmitting part. The light of the LED is transmitted to the outside by protecting the LED from the external impact. The light-transmitting part comprises the thin film light-transmitting part and a thick film light-transmitting part.
