PURPOSE: A femoral alignment guide device is provided, which can mount a guide device to the femur in the direction vertical to the mechanical axis. CONSTITUTION: A femoral alignment guide device comprises: a body(100) in which a pair of pin inserting holes are formed in the bottom of the femur forward and backward and an axis hole is formed on one side in the vertical direction; a rotary mounting part(200) in which a pair of mounting holes are formed and which is prepared to be slid-rotated around the rotary shaft on the upper side of the body; and an angle control member capable of rotating the rotary mounting part around the rotary shaft at the constant angle.
