PURPOSE: A deoxidation process of a graphene oxide is provided to expose a graphene oxide to light with sufficient power for initializing deoxidation of a GO target and convert the GO target into a graphene. CONSTITUTION: A deoxidation process of a graphene oxide comprises the following steps. A GO target is exposed to light with sufficient light for initializing deoxidation of a graphene oxide target. A GP target is a porous GO structure. A dispersing agent of the graphene oxide is dried to form the porous GO structure. The dispersing agent is cooled and dried to form the porous GO structure.
