PURPOSE: A structure reinforcement device capable of permanent re-tension is provided to enable a user to confirm a tension loss with the naked eye. CONSTITUTION: A structure reinforcement device(100) capable of permanent re-tension comprises a fixed side anchor bracket(110), a tension side anchor bracket(130), a tension member(160), a stress dispersion support(180), and a tensile force regulator(170). The fixed side anchor bracket is manufactured in one end of a structure(105). The tension inside anchor bracket is installed in the other end of the structure. The tension member is installed between the fixed side anchor bracket and the tension side anchor bracket. The stress dispersion support controls the height of the tension member. The tensile force regulator is installed in the tension side anchor bracket.
