PURPOSE: A user definition certification system is provided to generate a password by converting a random number generated from a OTP generator through a user-defined function. CONSTITUTION: A user-defined function register part(120) registers a user-defined function through the user terminal of a user which is connected to a network. A password authenticator(130) transmits an OTP number generated through an OTP card and a password formed through the user-defined function through the network. The password authenticator executes an authentication process to the password based the function registered to the register part. The password is formed by applying the user-defined function among digit strings comprising the OPT number for the four digit strings.
