PURPOSE: A diaphragm valve for a ventilating and waterproofing of river-bed structure case, which can efficiently release heat by the ventilation of electronic devices, is provided to prevent damage of flooding of electronic devices of a case. CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm valve for a ventilating and waterproofing of river-bed structure case comprises a valve body, an outer cover, a valve, a diaphragm cover(140) and a nipple(150). The valve body is installed in order to connect to a through-hole(20). The outer cover is installed outside of the through-hole. An inlet holes(121) is formed on the front side of the outer cover. The valve comprises a valve plate(131) and a diaphragm(134). The diaphragm cover is fixed and coupled on the valve body through a diaphragm conclusion unit(171).
