PURPOSE: A rotary vacuum curing apparatus using a near infrared heater is provided to prevent the oxidation of a specimen by eliminating oxidized substances remaining in the chamber. CONSTITUTION: A rotary vacuum curing apparatus comprises a main body(100), a turn table(200), a near infrared heater(300), a motor(400), a rotary shaft(500), a sealing member(600) and a vacuum pump(700). The main body has a chamber(110) inside. The main body opens and closes the chamber. The turn table is arranged inside the chamber. The near infrared heater heats a specimen put on the top of the turn table to be solidified. The motor rotates the turn table. The rotary shaft passes through the bottom of the chamber. The sealing member is arranged on the circumference of the rotary shaft. The vacuum pump discharges oxidized substances existing inside the chamber to outside.
