PURPOSE: A control method of a seed germination apparatus is provided, which can germinate seeds of the uniform quality in a short period. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a seed germination apparatus comprises: a sprouting container(10) for receiving seeds and water; a horizontal part in which an upward prominent part is formed in the upper side; a supporting board consisting of a vertical part spreading toward the lower part from the edge of the horizontal part; an air hose(31) supplying the air to the inside of the supporting board; an electric heater warming the water within the sprouting container; a temperature sensor sensing temperature of the water of the sprouting container; an air pump(30) supplying the air to the air hose; an controller controlling the electric heater.
