PURPOSE: A hydraulic cylinder cushion device with an orifice filter is provided to reduce the inflow of foreign materials into a pressure chamber inside a tube in the operation of stroke end by composing a cushion orifice and orifice filter in a hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic cylinder cushion device with an orifice filter comprises an orifice(21), an orifice filter(22) and a ring member(23). The orifice comprises an orifice outlet connected to an input hole(3) of a head cover(26). The orifice is formed at one side of the head cover so that the working fluid of a pressure chamber can be exhausted through an outlet. The orifice filter is installed at one side of the orifice. The orifice filter collects foreign materials from the working fluid exhausted through the orifice. |
