PURPOSE: A payment system is provided to perform authentication procedure through a communication company and determines a validity about a terminal, thereby simply performing a payment while maintain the security. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(210) collects terminal identification information from a terminal. A determination unit(220) extracts individual identification information included in payment request. By using the collected terminal identification information and the extracted individual identification information, the determination unit determines whether validity about the terminal or not. If the validity is exist to the terminal, a payment processor(230) performs payment processing based on financial account information corresponding to the terminal. |
