A method for oxidation-alkali lead refining, in which molten lead and alkali are mixed, and the refining process is carried out in two phases. During the first phase melt is bubbled with oxygen with consumption thereof 5-10 l/min, mixing thereof with blade mixer with the rotation speed of 350-400 r/min to reach the necessary requirements for purity and, simultaneously, to the average value of breaking strength rupture limit &sgr;B of the lead samples, equal to 13-20 N/mm, and on the second stage of melt mixing with alkali, which is added in the amount of 3.5- per ton of lead, which is refined, within the time specified by the formula:τ (h.) = (0.57&sgr;(N/mm)-6.4) ± 0.2 hours. |
