THE METHOD FOR OBTAINING RESOURCE ALLOCATION INFORMATION

PURPOSE: A method for gaining resource allocation information is provided to calculate the number of sub band and the number of mini band in a specific frequency band in a terminal and to decode sub frames within the specific frequency band, thereby improving the throughput efficiency of a system. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives resource allocation information from a base station. The base station transmits the resource allocation information through a SFH(Super Frame Header) and a S-SFH(Sub-Super Frame Header). The base station transmits the number of sub bands which is used for resource allocation to the terminal. The terminal grasps resource allocation information about the residual frequency band(250) by applying a sub band number information of data sub frame in the residual frequency band.
