The absorbing one-way sanitary article (1) has an outer part (13) and a permeable layer which lies between the centrally arranged absorption bodies. A rear part and a front part are firmly connected together along its edge section, and form a waist edge (2). An opening is provided in crotch area (11) of the outer area of the article. The opening is covered with a closure manufactured from non-elastic material.
