PURPOSE: An RF distribution device having a function of changing a path and a method for the same are provided to accept a plurality of repeaters within a base station sector form a normal neighboring sector, thereby minimizing the occurrence range of a shadow area according to a BS(Base Station) sector failure. CONSTITUTION: Each of a plurality of distributers(411a,411b,411c,415a,415b,415c) is respectively connected to a BS sector. The plurality of distributor distributes each signal of BS sector to a plurality of distribution paths. Each end of a plurality of switching units(413a,413b,413c) forms a connection path of BS sector repeater(310-1~310-12). Other end of a plurality of switching unit is selectively connected to one among the plurality of distribution according to a failure of each BS sector.
