PURPOSE: An illuminator is provided to reduce power consumption by decreasing the number of lighting devices. CONSTITUTION: An illuminator illuminates by using an afterimage generated by the movement of the illuminator. A power supply unit supplies power to the illuminator arranged on the arrangement unit by using a brush or slip. A driving unit rotates or vibrates the power supply unit and the arrangement unit. |
