PURPOSE: A device of wireless modem for financial automatic machine is provided to use only the authenticated modem in communication between the financial automatic machine and a serer through the authentication process if the device mounts a wireless modem to the financial automatic device for the first time. CONSTITUTION: An intrinsic key management unit(220) transmits an intrinsic key generated in initial connection between a wireless modem unit and a financial automatic device to a financial automatic machine. If the wireless modem and the financial automatic machine is connected after the fist connection, a communication control unit(230) receives the intrinsic key from the financial automatic machine. If a returned intrinsic key accords with a intrinsic key of a memory, the communication control unit supports a wireless internet service by controlling the wireless modem.
