PURPOSE: A method and a system for generating a surplus dealing bill, and a computer readable recording medium recording a program for generating a surplus dealing bill are provided to separately take a surplus dealing bill account item, thereby automatically generating the surplus dealing bill. CONSTITUTION: A surplus dealing bill management module(150) shares and divides account items. The management module calculates the amount of money of corresponding account items to generate an income statement. The management module generates a balance sheet and a surplus dealing bill. A balance sheet accounting information DB(120) stores the generated balance sheet.
