A horizontal shell-and-tube heat exchanger comprises a mixing device for intensification of process of heat transfer in tube space consisting of a cylinder course (1) to which tube sheets (5) are welded, in those pipe bundle (8) is fixed, by means of bolt joint to the tube sheets (5) covers (10) and (14) are fixed, with welded in fittings (11) and (12) for supply and discharge of liquid. On the fitting (11) nozzle (8) is fixed, this directs liquid flows to blades of turbine (2) and makes it to rotate together with the shaft (3) and turbine with smaller power (13), this makes it possible, without outer drive, to turbulize flow to tube space inlet, with mixing heat carrier in outlet cover and to provide high intensification of heat transfer process and uniform temperature field of heat carrier at outlet from the heat exchanger. Powers of turbines (2) and (13) are in a ratio of 2:1, and total power of those does not exceed half of power of incident liquid flow of turbine (2). |
