METHOD FOR MAKING A CHLOROSILANE

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing chlorosilane is provided to produce chlorosilane or chrolidized silane such as mono chlorosilane or dichlorosilane. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing chlorosilane comprises the following steps. A reaction mixture of hydro chloride and silane is provided. The reaction mixture contacts a catalyst at a temperature and time when a final product is provided. The catalyst includes at least one among silica support including AlCI3, ionized liquid including AlnCl(3n+1), and the mixture of the silica support and ionized liquid. N is equal to and larger than 1.
