PURPOSE: An arm of a power rail facility for a railroad car is provided to control an installation position of the power rail by supporting the power rail with the arm. CONSTITUTION: A base(200) is installed on one side of a power rail to support the power rail to transmit external power to a current collector of a railroad car. A support(300) is rotatably combined with the base. The support is combined with the power rail. A connection unit for controlling the displacement has a connection hole connected to the connection member for controlling the displacement.
