PURPOSE: A heterogeneous material transfer device having a non-separable operating unit is provided to improve the mixture of heterogeneous materials by mixing the liquid and powders through the shaking of a vessel. CONSTITUTION: A heterogeneous material transfer device having a non-separable operating unit includes a receiving portion(20) having a storage space(21) inside a body(10). An opening and closing holes are placed at the lower portion of the receiving portion, and the content of the storage space falls down into the inside of the vessel while opening some portion of the operating unit. An operating unit(40) is not separated from an opening(11) of the body.
