PURPOSE: An excreta splashing prevention device is provided, which can prevent excreta and water from splashing to upward by the use of a tissue which catches dropped excreta. CONSTITUTION: An excreta splashing prevention device comprises: a water container(210) and a bowl part(220); and a tissue providing tool(300) installed at the rear end of the bowl part. The tissue providing tool includes: a tissue cartridge receiving tissue; tongs for picking the tissue projected from the tissue cartridge; and a transport unit transferring tongs forward and rearward.
