PURPOSE: A valve which prevents the leakage of fluid, even if a packing is not installed at an adhering part of a control axis and a housing, is provided to extend a service life and a error rate by minimizing the use of packing. CONSTITUTION: A valve comprises a housing(10) and a control axis(20). The housing and control axis comprise adhering parts(14,21) which adhere closely to each other. The adhering part of the housing and the control axis adhere closely to one another using the elastic force of an elastic body(60). The shape of the hole forming slope the adhering part of the housing becomes narrow while having the cross section of circular is had. The adhering part of the housing has a circle cross section of hole shape. The adhering part of the control axis has a circle cross section of protrusion shape.
