PURPOSE: A stabilized halogen-containing polymer composition is provided to improve the performance of a methyl tin stabilizer, and to offer a safe heat stabilizer with a lower cost. CONSTITUTION: A stabilized halogen-containing polymer composition contains the following: a halogenated polymerizable substance; a methyl tin stabilizer including a mono methyl tin stabilizer and a dimethyl tin stabilizer; and poly acid material salt for forming the composition. The poly acid material salt is the salt of polycarboxylic acid, phosphoric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfonic acid, and boric acid.
