METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF STATE OF LOCAL IMMUNITY OF ORAL CAVITY

摘要

Method for diagnostics of state of local immunity of oral cavity prescribes implementation of immune-histochemical investigations of saliva. From saliva samples one obtains leukocytal concentration with preparation of smears, in the smears obtained one determines content of sub-populations of immuneferment cells CD4, CD11, CD16. At increase of content of the last ones by 10 % and more one makes conclusion on disorder of cellular and humoral chains of local immunity of oral cavity.
