PURPOSE: A method for preparing a polarizer, the polarizer, and a polarizing plate including the polarizer are provided to obtain the superior polarity and the uniformity by regulating an average extension rate of a last coloring bath and a first cross-linking bath. CONSTITUTION: A coloring process and a cross-linking process are performed in two or more coloring baths and cross-linking baths. The accumulated extension rate of the cross-linking baths is more than or equal to those of an extending bath and the coloring baths. The ratio of the average extension rate of the last coloring bath and the first cross-linking bath is 1:1.5 to 1:3.0.
