A nano-klystron uses in terahertz frequency range vacuum electromagnetic oscillator. In an electron-optical system of the nano-klystron, a control electrode is connected to an anode, a plane focusing electrode in the form of a matrix having ring holes and a coax point is installed between the control electrode and the anode, the said electrode is connected to a cathode. Electrodes of an electron-optical system are made and arranged in accordance with fixed proportions. Due to the proposed nano-klystron oscillator an output signal power increases, when operating frequency of terahertz range increases. |
