<p>The present invention is concerned with the adsorption of chiral molecules at surfaces or interfaces, with the arrangement and properties of adsorbed chiral molecules, and with devices and methods based thereupon. In particular, an apparatus allows the influence of the magnetic environment of the adsorbed chiral molecules by means of a magnetic field. The new observed orientation of the adsorbed chiral molecules caused by the chiro-magnetic effect, and the possible applications, are disclosed too.</p> |
