PURPOSE: A terminal and a method for transmitting/receiving data thereof and system for transmitting/receiving the data thereof are provided to implement the interworking between terminals by easily using important information of a screen of a first terminal through a second terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) includes a display unit(151), a control unit(180) and a communication unit(110). If at least one kind of information exists in a screen of the display unit, the control unit generates an identifier which indicates the information. The display unit includes the first identifier in a frame of the screen, and the communication unit transmits the frame including the first identifier to a second terminal.
