The disclosed herein traditional terracota yogurt bowl is adequately shaped for being functional and elegant and ensuring the best healthy packaging conditions for the packed herein product. Better and firm seating of the bowl is endured by a ring-like configuration 5, whereas the circular configuration 4 encountered at the base-and-side connection point prevents the formation of dangerous infectiousmicroorganisms in the product. The inner side has been previously subjected to special treatment for the creation of a tight glassy layer. The rim bears an inner configuration 2 defining the product limitation level while replenishment of the bowl with yogurt, and an outer configuration 3 for the safer sealing of the bowl with the specially-shaped cap 13. The cylindrical configuration 8, or the absence of any configuration 9 is a variant of the rim configuration. Furthermore, potential combination of the proposed rim configurations by case-based optional addition or suppression of either configuration may be feasible; indicatively, in fig. 2 the bowl 110 has the configuration 7, externally only. The variable size and shape of the bowl are dictated by the needs and desires of the producers or consumers. |
