PRESTRESSED WALE GIRDER INTRODUCING PRESTRESS USING STROKE GENERATOR AND CAMBER STEEL PLATE INSTALLED BETWEEN INCLINED SUPPORTS SUPPORTING WALE GIRDER TO BE INCLINED, AND PRESTRESS INTRODUCING METHOD

PURPOSE: A prestressed wale girder prestressed by a stroke generator and a camber steel plate installed between inclined supports for supporting a wale girder to be inclined, and a prestressing method are provided to reduce the number of steel wires and tension devices required for prestressing. CONSTITUTION: Vertical piles(13) are inserted at regular intervals in an excavated ground. Wale girders(14) are horizontally continuously installed to contact flanges(16) of the vertical piles. An inclined support(22) is installed between flanges on both ends of the wale girder and a strut(11). A camber steel plate(31) is installed between the flange of the wale girder and the inclined support. A prestressed wale girder(50) is obtained by pre-stressing the wale girder with a stroke generator(30).
