PURPOSE: A novel crystalline compound, method for preparing the same, and pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to improve chemicophysical stability. CONSTITUTION: A complex crystalline acyclie nucleoside phosphonates has 0.1-24 weight parts of adsorbed polymer between crystalline surface of a compound of chemical formula 1 or monocrystal. A method for preparing the complex crystalline acyclie nucleoside phosphonates comprises: a step of dissolving the compound of chemical formula 1 in an organic solution; a step of adding polymers to organic solution to obtain mixture solution; a step of crystallizing the mixture solution; and a step of obtaining crystal. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating HIV or hepatitis b virus infection contains the complex crystalline acyclie nucleoside phosphonates and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
