<p>The device has a light generator (5) comprising a plate including a proximal face on which an electroluminescent diode is assembled. A heat sink (54) is in thermal contact with a distal face of a plate (21) and evacuates heat released by the electroluminescent diode. A lighting nozzle (56) is integrated to an end of a lighting fiber bundle (33) and maintains an end of fibers of the fiber bundle. A light generator and the lighting nozzle ensure maintenance of a surface of the end of fiber bundle centered on a light emitting surface.</p>
