The engine has a hollow casing cooled by circulation of water (9) and including an interior profile formed by two opposite semi-circles that are connected by two short lines having same diameter. The profile includes an intake orifice (1), an exhaust orifice (10) and a receiving orifice receiving a spark plug (8). A rotor (2) is provided with wings (3-6) that are retracted in four housings and pushed against an interior wall of the casing by springs. The rotor is received in the casing, where the rotor rotates on an axis (7) by respectively defining four sealed chambers by the wings. The four sealed chambers are intake, compression, explosion and expansion and exhaust chambers.
