PURPOSE: A plasma cooking device is provided to rapidly heat a cookware by the installation of the cookware on a plasma output unit, thereby cooking food without flame. CONSTITUTION: A plasma cooking device comprises a plasma generator(1), an output unit(2), a cooling unit(3), a controller, and a cookware(5). The plasma generator generates plasma in the output unit. The cooling unit connects to the output unit and cools objects transmitting heat inside the output unit. The controller is installed in the plasma generator and senses the temperature of the output unit. The cookware is installed in the output unit.
