The casing has mixing units i.e. mixing shutters (20), for canalizing flow of hot air (8) toward thermal treatment units to heat treat the flow in order to obtain a mixed air flow. Distribution units i.e. drum type distribution shutters, distribute the mixed air flow. All shutters are mechanically coupled by a single control unit i.e. Bowden type cable, or mechanically and respectively uncoupled by independent control units i.e. Bowden type cables. The treatment units have an evaporator (11), a radiator (12a) and an additional radiator (12b). A single housing has a single compartment (50).
