PURPOSE: A temperature sensor assembly for a LNG storage tank is provided to prevent the disconnection or short circuit of a strand by damping stress. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor assembly for a LNG storage tank comprises a temperature sensor part(214) and a lead wire part(215). The temperature sensor part comprises a temperature sensor assembly and a filler(202). The temperature sensor assembly measures the LNG temperature within the storage tank of a LNG carrier. A temperature sensor element strand is inserted within the temperature sensor element protective tube. The space within the protective tube is charged with the filler. The lead wire part transfers a signal measured by the temperature sensor part.
