The device (1) has a pipe (10) for circulating a heat transfer fluid. An electricity conducting unit (11) is fixed on an external surface of the pipe, and extends in a continuous way along the pipe to allow localization of the device in a masonry element. A rectilinear body i.e. circular section, is provided in the conducting unit.
