<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system avoiding overcharging of a secondary cell at starting of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is provided with a fuel cell and a control part that controls an amount of power generation at starting of the fuel cell. When the starting voltage of the fuel cell is dropped from an open-circuit voltage to a high-potential-avoiding voltage, the control part compares an initial voltage of the fuel cell and a pre-determined threshold voltage that is lower than the high-potential-avoiding voltage (S112), in case the initial voltage of the fuel cell is not more than the threshold voltage, the control part makes the starting voltage drop at high speed (S114), and in case the initial voltage of the fuel cell is greater than the threshold voltage and a difference between a command voltage and the high-potential-avoiding voltage is greater than 0 (S116), or a difference between the high-potential-avoiding voltage and a fuel cell total voltage is greater than a predetermined value (S120), the control part makes the starting voltage drop at low speed (S122). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
