<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition of which a cured product is also excellent in light diffusibility while suppressing deterioration by light with high reflectance, and a printed wiring board and a reflector having a solder resist formed using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition includes: a resin containing an ethylenically unsaturated group and a carboxy group in one molecule; a photopolymerization initiator; a photopolymerizable monomer; titanium oxide which is surface-treated by silica; and an organic solvent.
